130. The thing with saying ss wouldn't take traitor to the Capitol

kinda leaves it that traitor wanted to lead his mob, and wasn't allowed. I don't like that the story gives his henchmen an excuse to still see him as their leader. Gives traitor an out.

And even as the ss supports the story of the fight in the suv, it is helping make traitor look like he was forced away from leading his mob to the attack.
