We have plenty of property for sale in my area that would be perfect, whether you wanted a small home or an estate. And I have a friend who would love to build a tiny home. But every piece of property she looked at, whether it's on the side of a mountain or middle of the woods, whatever, has deed restrictions that forbid mobile homes or homes smaller than something like 2000 sq. ft. I find myself wondering where the F these people think they are? This is not prime real estate! Some of it has been on the market for some time and likely will remain so.
