If North Carolina is too close to call for an hour after the polls close, Romney's screwed.

If Florida is too close to call for an hour after the polls close, Romney's screwed.

If either Florida or North Carolina is called for Barack Obama, it's over and Obama won.

If Virginia and Ohio have been called for Obama, it's over, Obama won.

The moment you see 192 electoral votes called for Obama before the polls close on the West Coast, the race has been called and Obama won.
