5. Many of these Idaho bills were passed against AG Lawerence Wasden's legal advice.

When his office, or worse yet, private attorneys are retained to attempt to defend these bills’ constitutionality and subsequently found deficient, Idaho taxpayers are left holding the bag. Again and again. It’s like shooting oneself in the foot, going to the doctor, healing and doing the same damn thing again.

Unfortunately, AG Wasden lost the republican primary to……..Raul Labrador. Remember him? If Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio had a baby together, it would be Raul. Idaho will soon lose the mostly stable direction of AG Wasden for the chaos of yet another kook. I think RL is planning for a future run at (at, certainly not for) the governors office.

Oh boy, can’t wait.
