Just like I enjoy my car while following applicable laws and I won't call you a moron for doing so...
I'm not sure you running it late at night on my property would end well for you legally. The Sheriff wouldn't look to fondly upon it, but you'll be glad to know it won't be for breaking noise ordinances. We don't have any here in the country.

Sounds like someone stole their catalytic converters. I absolutely hate the fartmobiles.

My state... Washington.... has max db level on vehicles regs. They are ignored. Widely.
