23. To be sure, we need to have both choices on the ballot

Just President if you don't know of or care about the other candidates, or straight party. But someone who isn't informed about that rule shouldn't have their vote invalidated because they don't know. A vote for straight party without the bubble filled for Pres should still be a vote for the Dem Pres.
