If this search warrant had been carried out against any non-politician, we wouldn't think twice about calling it a "raid." The word "raid" in itself does not connote anything illicit. Law enforcement conducts such raids all the time. And to give in to this notiont that a "raid" connotes something illegitimate is to concede that Trump has a point! This is just too precious by half!
