He'll say he hasn't had time to look over the contents of the boxes.

He will also claim he doesn't know who did pack the boxes and has no clue how any forbidden documents got there.

That in all the confusion of clearing out his belongings, some things got mixed in that should not have been packed.

He'll plead ignorance and innocence.
