Trump never thinks long term, he thinks he can lie and get FOX and his minions to go along and get comfortable with it until the next bombshell drops and then he lies some more. So far, it's worked for him for 6 years.

It's how Trump operates, by moving people's moral line in the sand a few inches at a time until they're so far away from normal they have no idea where they are anymore.

He very well will get some of his supporters to say it's OK and in America's interests for him to be selling our nuclear secrets.
