Enjoy you new life, princess. You can't go home again though. The young, hip crowd in Manhattan will never welcome you back. There's too much of a blood-red tinge to all the wealth gained while working in the WH. And you didn't even take pay there so where'd all the money come from? Maybe Jared was funneled national secrets to bargain with while he was allegedly in charge fixing the Middle East and everything else.
