have any real idea as of right now what the validated facts are.
We don't know what he took, when he took it, what the FBI found, or anything else really. All we know is what we saw on the released warrant stating what they were looking for. Yes, there are boat loads of rumor and gossip, but we've seen zero in the realm for verifiable facts as of this moment.
No crime has been officially identified as of yet either. BUT, if it can be proven that he did commit the crimes he is being investigated for, I don't think the DOJ can just wave it off at this point. I'm not so sure they will actually cuff him and toss him in prison, but they will almost be forced to charge him and send this to trial. In the end, if convicted, I'm guessing it'll just be a felony conviction record and maximum fines permissible.
That's my wild guess.
I'm still skeptical that this slippery asshole left enough evidence to be of any use legally. He's been getting by with everything he did for years now.
