17. Sometimes prison gives you time for reflection on the bad things you have done

and gives you a determination to turn your life around. I have a friend whose life was spiraling out of control and ended up in a state prison for 4 years. He has made a complete 180 and tries to help others who were in the same predicament he was in. I believe this happened to Cohen.
