But they're utterly restrained from saying that the former guy is lying or just revving up his base because "even-handed" and "both sides." They can only repeat what the former guy is saying, without analysis, nuance, or criticism. It's a damn shame, because the former guy lies a whole bunch, convinces a lot of gullible folks, and has a media outlet totally devoted to him.
