(56,582 posts)51. Both the "o" and the "ch" would get different pronunciations in different places
e.g. up north the "ch" would be like an English "sh", while down south it would be like a Scottish "ch". The vowel also gets higher the farther south you go.

It varies. In my locale, Koch = "Kuck." The Mayor = "Kotch." The billionaires = "Coke."

The Koch brothers are of Dutch descent, not German as stated in several replies.
