I think all presidents are entitled to a state funeral and all the ceremonies that go with it, but it's "largely determined by a president and their family, usually before the occupation of the office." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_funerals_in_the_United_States If they use the National Cathedral they'll have to have the place reconsecrated, if God doesn't smite the casket on its way in. I sort of expect they'll book a megachurch or a big sports stadium so he'll have a bigger funeral than any previous president.
