12. I treated a pastor and his wife for over 30 years

I never posted about them but they’re both gone now from the mortal coil so I can. He was second generation pastor of a large West Philadelphia church, and he was so moved by the Lord‘s goodness that he took cruises on the luxury decks of the Cunard line, drove fully loaded luxury cars of very recent model years, Owned multiple $3000-$5000 suits purchased from Boyd’s which is the premier Philadelphia men’s shop, and ate ROUTINELY only in the finest restaurants. His phraseology was always peppered with “may the Lord have mercy”, “God bless you”, “Heaven help us” and all that crap, and all I could think of was all his flock donating their hard-earned money so he could live better than almost anyone I’ve ever met. Both he and his wife had dentistry completed in my office which totaled over $50,000 and that was a fair amount of time ago, the early 90s if memory serves me correctly.

The truth is, for all the Lord’s power, he can’t seem to get enough money to these people to satisfy them.
