(13,850 posts)Though I should have gotten it. My daughter and husband had it. When she was positive, I decided Id go down with her. She slept in bed with me every night and hung out with me during the day, as I worked at home. My husband didnt want to miss work, as it was the final week with his students. So he slept in a different room and isolated from us.
Lo and behold, he ended up getting it days later. I never tested positive. (And I took two PCR tests and daily rapid tests.). I did get boosted not long before, so that may have afforded me extra protection. But my child literally slept in bed with me and spent 24/7 with me, unmasked. So either I am super immune or it was a fluke and Ill get it soon. (They both had it and recovered in May.).
