If one is worried about a home fire, they'll most likely install smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, have fire extinguishers on hand and have an evacuation plan. If one isn't worried about home fires, they'll do nothing. They may say they are worried but their lack of preparation proves they aren't.
