I do a lot of voter outreach and, given the amount of coverage President Biden's executive actions have generated, I really want to be ready to talk about it with the people I meet.

I'll be prepared if I encounter any Republicans complaining about (or independents asking about) "Democratic overreach":

The authority for President Biden's executive actions flows from an enabling statute enacted through bipartisan legislation passed by Congress and signed into law by a Republican president.
