But there is no check to 5 deplorables who control the court. I guess the check would be to increase the number of justices. I would love to see deplorables reaction to that.

And while I was on the fence about such a move, it might be the best way forward.

But I wouldn't just bump it to 13. I would increase the size to 21. I would prefer 99, with the justification that the country is over 10 times the size that it was when we landed on 9.
