It doesn’t look good when she came out with that initial statement about her intent to grant the special magistrate. The only good part of that might be that she said that to show that she was a loyal Republican goofball and then when the DOJ came back with their response she’ll be able to say well now that we see what came back from the DOJ well now I’m not gonna grant the request because it’s so obvious what he was up to when he was obstructing justice or whatever.

Probably wishful thinking but maybe that’s how it will turn out.
