I certainly agree that there should have been enough evidence to prosecute for more than a year; however, having seen more and more serious evidence uncovered I think that we need to uncover every last scrap of his treachery. Whatever it takes to find out how he has compromised the security of the US and its allies is worth it. He flushed official documents down toilets, there is no telling how else he has disposed of important intelligence.
