3. I tried to order something online and was unable to.

The store did not have it in stock and the web site was totally unworkable. Multiple tries and calling the store to order did not work so I purchased it elsewhere. That said, it is understandable that the stores failed but to be so wrapped up in work that you take your own life is indeed sad.
