11. all the money in the world won't help if

they have no message. The GOP has painted itself into so many corners that it is like a bizarre variant of an Escher print. They can't say anything about anything without pissing off a segment of their supporters. Likewise they cannot grow their base without the same thing happening. Reach out to glbtq or women and the fundies go apeshit. Reach out to the hispanics/other minorities and the racists/nativist people freak out etc. It will be interesting to see how They deal with it.
