The fact that there are many, in law enforcement, including the DOJ, and up to and including the Secret Service, who are loyal to Trump and probably just waiting for the proper opportunity to strike.

Trump has not been subpoenaed because a lot of people want to see him win -- and we have done a very poor job of actually dealing with the enemies of our Constitution on this side of the pond.
