Looks like 20+ amicus briefs filed so far -- from ALEC, to the RNC to the States of Arkansas, Arizona, Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah -- a heavily right wing flotilla of amicus briefs.
It's going to be a huge case of plaintiffs and respondents across the country.
