another branch of the fam came after the 1798 uprising. my ggggguncle was 1 of the leaders.
in 1803 they let him go to oz as a settler, instead of in chains, but he sailed on the tellacherry, an infamous prison ship. the rest of the family fled, and his nephew landed in chicago.
uncle mike wanted to come here, but even tho the war was over the crown wouldnt have it.
since others came here to chi, i assume he would have too. this country would have fulfilled it's promise long ago if he had.
