If something bad happens under a Democrat, it is true.
If something good happens under a Republican, it is true.
If something bad happenes under a Republcan, it is the Democrats' fault.
If something good happens under a Democrat, it simply didn't happen.

If this is not engraved in gold on a marble plaque somewhere in the Fox Noise building, it's only because the Republicans were too cheap to spend the money for the gopld leaf.
