78. A high school acquaintance of mine was severely injured at Sturgis this year.

When I searched the internet for information about the accident, I was shocked to learn there is a Sturgis crime and accident really is kept every year for much of it's history.

The acquaintance of mine will apparently never walk again, is still on a ventilator, still in South Dakota (more than a month later) but may be stable enough to move to his home state tomorrow.

And thousands of them will be back again next year . . .
