As any other woman I do not personally know.
Normally I would say Mrs. Mountbatten assuming Charles has his father's last name but apparently none of that sort of thing happens in royal families. They don't really use surnames but because of the queen they ended up with Mountbatten-Windsor.
I've never known how to handle those hyphenated last names.
I refuse to call anyone your majesty except as an epithet when someone is being oh so self important.
