I'm sitting this one out though. My regular job is too busy right now for me to devote the time necessary to do a good job at it.

As busy as we are, I am still taking Tuesday off to follow the election closely from home. Can't hardly wait!

As for pay for working the elections, as an inspector, I usually get about $160 plus mileage and a little per-diem. Long-ass day though.

I'll be back on board for the next election here.
