39. Is there at present no such law?

I'd be surprised if any country can bring its products in freely. But if there is no legislation to that effect, what's tough about getting it through? Hasn't at least one congressperson ever proposed a bill, with this issue around for ten years?

And would it increase the number of jobs here?
