40. who are the others? i hope they include hannity and someone on the limbaugh staff cause trump

coordinated everything major with limbaugh at least. hannity might have been in the golf group and was mentioned in the mueller report and as having had real estate connections with michael cohen/trump.

anyone know how to get the list or is that up to the recipients to notify public.
