Joe Scar is an poll cherry picker, both good and bad for Romney. Sometimes he freaks over one poll in a good way for Mittens and one poll that is bad for Mittens (like an Ohio plus 5 poll from Quinnipiac). He really needs to understand poll averages. Or he ignores it on purpose.
