But ... assuming the recent stories are true, the only thing he's 'out of trouble' for is a federal trafficking charge.

I wouldn't say this development totally rules out state charges if that sex occurred in one of the 12 states it would be illegal in. Such as Florida, where age of consent is 18.

But then again ... GQP controls that state, so ...

I know this will be wildly offensive to some but if a consenting 17 year old young lady chose to take his money to have sex with him, I really don't much care. I hope she charged him enough for her tuition for a quarter, at least.
