I remember the POSUCS war very well. We didnt part on good terms. It was ultimately sad and pointless all the way around the way family fights can be. Things were said in heat that could not be forgotten later by either side.
And now, some are resuming the battle at the graveside, which is unseemly. You did not start that imo you simply refuted bad info. Others brought cudgels.
Im sorry Will is gone he was one of DUs bright lights in our early days. I didnt follow his career after he left, since DU is my only online community, but it looks like he did well and Im glad.
Now he has gone where all wounds are healed, all petty squabbles forgotten, the great battles of our time laid down. RIP, Will Pitt, may your family be comforted.
