5. NC is a purple state.. our current Gov is a dem. And no, we should not disband FEMA.

FEMA exists because hurricanes and other disasters cross state lines and one entity needs to coordinate and manage the response on a national level. Jeez. It's not all loan officers waiting to set up a desk.
