My two sons got their house (the one I've escaped from) insured with the same group my community uses, so we're thinking we'll at least get some economies of scale coverage.
I've also got an old NOLA friend I helped out after Katrina who will come down and help rebuild whatever the insurers won't.
Feeling lucky about a rebuild, if it's necessary.
