I have stuff going on, so I can't go back to see it. I did read the very last order from Cannon. If I remember correctly, in a footnote she addressed the issue of jurisdiction by saying that she had jurisdiction because the warrant was executed in the place of his residence. Yet, PRA states that it "shall" have jurisdiction over Presidential records. The 11th circuit also questioned the jurisdiction issue. So, what's your opinion? I think they should send the mess to D.C.
