44. Not what it seems on the surface

My understanding is a Trump era U.S. Attorney in Delaware (Weiss) is supervising the case. The case had been going on for months. Weiss isn't the one saying anything..."agents" are saying it. The "agents" have said it months ago. They can't bring criminal tax charges without the tax division agreeing.

Garland has said he is staying out of it and in my opinion the best way to play it. There doesn't seem to be anything new just noise from people that aren't in position to take action. The noise would be really loud if Garland weighed in.

The gun charge come from Hunter obtaining a permit which he stated he was not a drug user. Apparently, he has said since he was doing drugs during that time frame. It is a charge that normally wouldn't be prosecuted without extenuating circumstances.

Disgusting stuff and a good way to work people up to blame the wrong people. Helps deplete the oxygen from the room. Best defense....IGNORE such BS stuff
