The Saudis provided $2B as start up capital for his new investment fund.

Of course, Jared certainly could skim a percentage off the top as “management fees”, but that $2B is not his money personally.

It’s very likely that the Saudis got something in return for their investment, but rather than guess, it would be better to know for sure. Biden should instruct the IC to make this a priority. I know there is already a team at work assessing the actual damage done from Trump’s espionage crimes, but that’s more for criminal prosecution purposes, and the US needs to know just how badly it’s intelligence capabilities have been compromised.
