4. My concern is Putin's 'IF I CAN'T HAVE IT, I"LL NUKE IT!' attitude

Nothing in almost 8 months has really shown Putin & Company gives a damn about civilian or military lives. Especially Ukrainian lives.

Now he wants to evacuate 60K people... seems out of character.

So is it possible that he wants to vaporize the advancing Ukrainians with tacnukes to save the ~20k soldiers of the RF that are stranded on the right bank so he can look like a hero of the motherland?
