can make it happen. The only two Democratic holdouts for ending the filibuster (or at least making "carve-outs" for it) would be neutralized if we can get to 52 or 53 seats. Good point about the Supreme Court, but we could at LEAST get it going (and hold the threat to increase the size of the Supreme Court at that point regardless).
