14. Your analysis of his body language is spot on

Only afterward do I realize how tense my body gets when I’m angry… and living in Cowboys for Trump county gives me lots of opportunities to remain calm like Obama but I don’t.
I’m trying to calm my breathing (long, slow exhales or 4-7-8 breaths) so I’m improving but it doesn’t come naturally.
