And he needs to start the cash flowing if that is going to happen.

Right now he owes a bunch on margin loans and the bank is holding an additional $12 billion.

There’s a reason he tried to weasel out of the deal. He overpaid and Tesla dropped past his comfort level (although it has come back a little).

I still haven’t figured out this bank angle but it appears they know they are going to lose money? This doesn’t make sense:
