Matter of fact, early on in Biden's term of office, it was clear to me the slobbering, psychotic Pig, otherwise known as "the former guy" , has been "campaigning for his big return, albeit unofficially.

Even if he files tomorrow, or the day after election day next week, it would be assumed he could still be indicted (charged/prosecuted/sentenced and incarcerated).

No, this guy is special. he gets special treatment legally and he has his SCOTUS in his pocket.

Everything we depended on legally and other institutional norms has been incinerated with regards to all legal and ethical conduct.
