It is interesting to see people arriving by foot at the same conclusion. He's not yet a candidate, but when he is, there will be public discussion over if he can still be indicted. And we all know that there is no law to stop us, nor was there one to stop us before Midterm, but there is strategy. Garland may have been right about Midterm.

But, he recently hired that new, specialized attorney, and we will see what happens. I think he will indict, because, how can he not? Trump is a criminal. I think he will be indicted sooner rather than later. I think Garland will ignore blather about his candidacy. But, I think that he is exploring territory re the missing documents.

That is very important, and I think he is looking for those documents, or at least where they went. That's worth waiting for. The security of the country is more important than the indictment. I am hoping for an all encompassing search warrant of all Trump's properties. That should come next. And, Trump will race to the SC and his buddies there. But, we are going to look for those 43 missing documents.

I don't want to see any deal for those missing documents.
