6. Caruso claims to be a Democrat now and his ads are full of minorities

talking about how they support him. He also says he is prochoice.

Hopefully Karen Bass will end up winning but Caruso isn't doing anything to turn off regular Democrats.

If the biggest concern on people's minds are local crime and homeless issues then that will help Caruso.
