I wasn't really expecting much and got the results I expected. Just depressed that Indiana went from being a nominal Democratic state (at least in terms of governor and part of the legislature) in the 1990's and even elected Barack Obama in 2008 to Republicans having a perpetual and seemingly unbreakable stranglehold on the state since around 2005. Iowa used to be a fairly reliable blue state that gave its electoral votes to Obama twice and has similarly gone red since. Are younger, more progressive people just abandoning these states?

Well, I hope he feels the despair that I felt on the day Hillary lost to evil.

At this point, pollsters may as well sacrifice a goat and look at the entrails.
