had gerrymandered the way that Florida, Texas, or Ohio has done the House would probably already be in Democratic hands. Democratic states have non partisan commissions or are slapped down by Republican judges (in New York) while Florida actually let the governor draw the map, and Republican states like Ohio and Texas are allowed by Republican judges to gerrymander away.
